evolveRE is a network of people, experts, businesses and manufacturing companies in the Real Estate world and in the related field.
It stems from the experiences and the integration between a mass of excellent stakeholders who wanted to reform the system meeting the specific demand of part of the real estate community.

Participants’ Identity
The Participants in evolveRE are sharing the same values of professionalism, quality, ethic, accountability and intellectual honesty. The adherents of evolveRE are active in Programs of Charity.
They are people that share, aside from the concept of business, that of common cultural growth. The idea is to act as conscious actors by offering a new approach to the system and by breaking the concept of consortium, RTI, ATI, etc.

evolveRE aims to revolutionize the dealings and the current procedures now used by all the members of the Real Estate field.
The project involves that every work opportunity is shared in a full harmony of purpose and goals between every participant in evolveRE, whether or not they are involved in a specific activity.

To whom is addressed
To public and private clients, to both Italian and international institutional investors, to companies and in general to those who are willing to adopt the new system that evolveRE is proposing offering, along with conditions in line with market practices, mainly quality.
The proposal of the group should be firstly incorporated by the participants who are equipped with their own internal systems, that can embrace the quality of the system and the technologies that should be adopted.
The client who will rely on evolveRE will also choose to adopt a Charity to share, or to promote cultural and socially relevant activities.

Operating Procedures
evolveRE is an offer towards the clients that can interact with the team only via "Open Book" system and open contracts, using only B.I.M. technology (Building Information Modeling) and the digital platform related to it.
In this phase the help regarding the aspects related to BIM and the digital communicative and interactive platform between the Participants in the group is managed, on behalf of evolveRE, by the Systema (BIM and Digital Advisor).

The Governance
The operative scheme involves the coordination of the Participants in evolveRE led by Redilmat Services srl, with the contribution of S.i.i.s. srl and of the Legal Advisory off the Team. The coordinator will act as a bridge between the Client and the General Contractor and between the General Contractor and the Subcontractors and the Technicians. The same function will be provided to the Design Area and to the related activities. The Coordination will also be effective for the Service Area and for all the Providers.
Execution
A
It’s made of all the personnel necessary for the constructive phase. The General Contractor will handle the construction work, the excavations, the foundations, the eventual land reclamation and all the care for the Subcontractors and for the Installers, Fitters and Assemblers.
Design and Related activities
B
It’s made of all the experts suitable for this initiative as regards the architectural design, the interior design, the lighting design and all the other activities linked to the project. We mean Architects, Structural Engineers and System Designers, Experts in Work Management, Safety, Land Reclamation, Firefighters, Asl, Acoustic Impact, Traffic Impact, Land Registry and other related activities.
There will also work the Experts of the studies related to energy optimization, environmental sustainability and innovative technologies.
Service Providers before, during and after the realization of the works

It’s made of experts that can provide advice regarding Feasibility studies, Finance, Legal matters, Communication, Agency. In addition we will use players who can provide services after the conclusion of the work, like the Property Management, the Facility Management and the technical assistances in general.
